Housing

All characters are entitled to free housing in their sanctuary until they reach adulthood (ooc: level 2). Simply pay a visit to your governor and request a key; if there is no current OOC governor you can assume you were given a key instead.

There are several types of housing available to various budgets and levels. The majority of Elysia's housing is situated in the Elysian Underground with options in other areas as well as to buy land and build your own cabin upon it. If you don't meet the level requirements alone, you can also share housing with two or more characters to combine your level and share the costs.

Furnishings

All housing comes complete with basic furnishings including:

• a single bed for every bedroom;
• working lights and electricity;
• a bathroom with a toilet, sink and small shower cubicle;
• an equipped kitchen with a cooker, sink and refrigerator.

Buying a House

To buy a house or plot of land, please post the appropriate form on this thread and send the total fee to the Bank.

Moving In

Once you've bought your new house or land, you can move in by creating a new thread in the appropriate forum with the address and residents' names in the topic title. Don't duplicate addresses and please take the lowest-numbered address to fill any gaps.

Reselling

If you're bored of your current home or desire an upgrade, you can sell your house or land back to the Real Estate Agency for half its original cost by posting the resale form here. Once the sale is final, your old thread will be moved to the Public Library and you'll be allowed to create a new housing thread.

	Any area in or under your level.	Dependent on the area you're building in.	$1,500	Basic equipment, labour and materials to build a one-bedroomed log cabin with a bathroom, living room and kitchen. To build this cabin, you must already own at least one acre of land.
	Griffin's Peak	Three and above. No sharing.	$2,000	Luxurious one-bedroomed apartments with a bathroom, living room and kitchen. Twenty flats per tower, three towers available.
	Daimon Alley	Four and above. Sharing for two and above.	$4,000	Two-bedroomed semi-detached house with a front lawn, bathroom, living room and kitchen across three stories.
	Any area in or under your level.	Dependent on the area you're buying in.	$5,000	Ideal for the smaller home, this one-acre plot can be claimed almost anywhere in Elysia. Land threads should be posted in the Land for Sale board.
	Gauntlet Crescent	Six and above. Sharing for four and above.	$8,000	Three-bedroomed bungalow with a front lawn, back yard, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Can be built on a plot of land at least one acre in size (thread should be posted in the Land for Sale board instead of the Crescent).
	Any area in or under your level.	Dependent on area you're buying in.	$10,000	Perfect for medium-sized homes, two acres go a long way. All manner of wildlife will find its way onto a plot of this size. Land threads should be posted in the Land for Sale board.
	Wyvern Lane	Eight and above. Sharing for five and above.	$15,000	Five-bedroomed house with a spacey front lawn, medium-sized back yard, three bathrooms, living room, study and kitchen across two stories. Can be built on a plot of land at least one acre in size (thread should be posted in the Land for Sale board instead of the Lane).
	Any area in or under your level.	Dependent on area you're buying in.	$20,000	This plot is four acres and provides plenty of room to grow. Land threads should be posted in the Land for Sale board.
	Xanth Avenue	Ten. Sharing for six and above.	$30,000	Three-storey mansion with eight bedrooms, a large surrounding garden, five bathrooms, living room, study, dining room and kitchen. Can be built on a plot of land at least two acres in size (thread should be posted in the Land for Sale board instead of Xanth's Avenue).
