Skill Packs

To purchase a Pack, please fill out the appropriate form on the Upgrade Application thread and list the skills you wish to upgrade.

If you are new to Elysian Fields and creating your first character, you must use the free Starter Pack. Higher-grade packs cost money that newcomers don't yet have.

Starter Pack

  • The Starter Pack is for new characters only and includes:
    • 5 free upgrades for new characters. These skills must be claimed during the application process.
    • 1 Special Item1. You can give this to your character during or at any time after the application process (if after, you must inform Emma of the addition). They do not stack with the item allotment from the other packs, so the maximum you can have is three.
    • Any house from Tier 1 or below. This house must be claimed during the application process. (You can also downgrade to these tiers at a later date using the claim thread.)
  • This pack can be combined with any Standard or Hybrid pack.
  • Characters made with the Starter Pack must be in the "Young Adult" band of the Age Chart, unless combined with another pack.

Standard Packs

Standard Packs:

Modest Pack

  • This pack contains:
    • 5 upgrades for ζ2,000.
    • 2 Special Items1. You can give these to your character during or at any time after the application process (if after, you must inform Emma of the addition). They do not stack with the item allotment from the other packs so the maximum you can have is three.
    • Any house from Tier 2 or below. If you're creating your character with a Modest Pack, you should claim your house during the application process. Otherwise, you can upgrade at any time using the claim thread.
  • Characters made with this pack can be in the "Young Adult" or "Adult" bands of the Age Chart.

Heroic Pack

  • This pack includes:
    • 15 upgrades for ζ5,000.
    • 3 Special Items1. You can give these to your character during or at any time after the application process (if after, you must inform Emma of the addition). They do not stack with the item allotment from the other packs so the maximum you can have is three.
    • Any house from Tier 3 or below. If you're creating your character with a Heroic Pack, you should claim your house during the application process. Otherwise, you can upgrade at any time using the claim thread.
  • Characters made with this pack can be in the "Young Adult", "Adult" or "Elder" bands of the Age Chart.

Hybrid Packs

Humble Pack

  • This pack contains:
    • 5 upgrades for ζ5,000.
    • 2 Special Items1. You can give these to your character during or at any time after the application process (if after, you must inform Emma of the addition). They do not stack with the item allotment from the other packs so the maximum you can have is three.
    • Any house from Tier 2 or below. If you're creating your character with a Humble Pack, you should claim your house during the application process. Otherwise, you can upgrade at any time using the claim thread.
  • Characters made with this pack can be in the "Young Adult" or "Adult" bands of the Age Chart.

Noble Pack

  • This pack includes:
    • 10 upgrades for ζ8,000.
    • 3 Special Items1.. You can give these to your character during or at any time after the application process (if after, you must inform Emma of the addition). They do not stack with the item allotment from the other packs so the maximum you can have is three.
    • Any house from Tier 3 or below. If you're creating your character with a Noble Pack, you should claim your house during the application process. Otherwise, you can upgrade at any time using the claim thread.
  • Characters made with this pack can be in the "Young Adult, "Adult" or "Elder" bands of the Age Chart.
Please review the Hybrid Character information before creating a hybrid with the intention of upgrading their secondary skills.

1 Special Items allot you 1-3 free items that you would ordinarily purchase from the Bazaar or the Prize Shop (such as weapons, books, armour, pets, transportation, etc). They could be heirlooms handed down through generations, or something your character has picked up along the way, but it just means that you don't have to start out with nothing. The Special Item allotment does not include Enchanted Items, real estate property, or companions that require either enchantment or a skill bond.
