Alexandrian Bazaar

The Great Bazaar is Alexandria's largest marketplace, and the most expensive. Unlike its kin on the east bank, which serve necessities like food, most of the New Alexandrian bazaar's offerings are luxuries (though it does serve food also) aimed at richer locals and tourists. It's a very colourful, vibrant (if a little chaotic) place to shop, with many exotic items and creatures, fabrics and artisan goods.

Sadly, it also appeals to thieves so there are always at least two Town Guardsmen on patrol.
