Description: Ciro is the Shrine Lord of Air, a fickle man who suffers from mood swings and has a temper to rival Ea's. He may be cheerful at one moment and churning victims inside a mini tornado the next. Sadly for his servants, he will never react the same way twice to any given situation and is as unpredictable as the air he serves.
