Description: Vander's a bit of a mystery but it seems like he's generally a nice guy. Some see him as a bit creepy because he hangs around the White City dojos where the newly Septed gather, offering his services to all and sundry as an instructor, while no one knows what his real motives are. Zephyr Cairbre description of him as "that hydra's spit['s] technique is horrible with anything but hammers, because he treats everything like a hammer" leaves something to be desired, but Vander's not really all that bad.

He is confirmed as having mastered the warhammer and throwing knives, but his other two weapons are unknown (though he does have them). He has a dragon but its name is also unknown at this time. Rutilus are welcome to use him as an instructor, and he may also be open to instructing other Dracovari in basic combat.
