Description: Standing at 5'7", Ella is fairly tall, pale-skinned, and very slender. She has curly gold hair usually pulled back with some giant fancy hair clip and wide, child-like green eyes. She often purses her rosy lips when she smiles. As someone skilled in weaving, she makes her own clothes and can usually be seen wearing a bright, breezy sundress. When pacing or running, she has a habit of holding her arms aloft like a ballerina so it's as though she walks on air. She enjoys going barefoot.

Ella is the annoyingly lovable, excitable sparkle of her shop. She's talkative, free-spirited, highly independent, and somewhat queenly. She's very creative and brilliant but almost childishly needs to get her way, and sometimes her ideas simply aren't feasible. Nonetheless, she's quite clever at handcraft and design and dedicates herself to making her store a success. She refuses to submit to failures and can be irritatingly optimistic. Inside, Ella is empathetic and very gentle even when she jokingly portrays herself as sadistic sometimes.

Ella depends heavily on Txelu to help her manage her shop. He helps keep her excitability in check and makes up for her apparent lack of brain.
