Name: Domignon Viscanti (aka "Mr. Discount", a nickname granted him not-so-secretly by Kiel Taskel.

Age: He looks to be in his mid-30s, so he's about 2000 years old.

Occupation: Unknown, but it must be something that pays well because he's always spending money.

Description: Mr. Discount is a "loyal" customer of Dragon Scales Smithing, a weapons store he visits almost every week to stock up on bribes for his dragons. He likes to purchase expensive items, but more than that, he likes to bully his way through negotiations in an effort to get some sort of "discount". He's not always successful, and the discount he aims for is usually ridiculous (to the point where he is essentially attempting to acquire items for free), but his tactics make him a very unpleasant opponent. He uses his empathic abilities to undermine his opponents' self-confidence, and his skill with words to confuse them into giving him what he wants.

Viscanti is obviously a cheap-skate. The cut of his custom suits, his gait and his posture all suggest he comes from wealth, and he exudes an air of absolute, conceited self-assurance. He never walks anywhere, only deigning to travel the city in his taroch-driven carriage, and yet his miserly ways are well-known.
