Armour

Please note that this is not an extensive list. Elysians can use any kind of armor that can be found on Earth, as well as custom formed and designed styles. However, the list here is of the kinds of armor commonly used, made and sold in the realms, so anything else will be a custom order.

Practical

Many of the people of Elysia specialize in combat. As such, they are often always prepared for battle. Wear hefty armor is not practical for daily use, however, and so the most common forms of armor are designed to function almost like clothing and are made from various forms of leather and animal hides.

Combat

Many Elysians have lived through at least one war, and as such it is not uncommon for full sets of heavy combat armor to be owned. These are usually full sets that are decorated according to whatever side they fought for during their war. Still many Elysians own full sets of armor for hunting and/or questing purposes. Combat armor is usually made out of heave duty metals, and as such is typically only used in great need.

Ceremonial and Ornamental

Just like with Weapons, Elysians use intricately formed and decorated metals in some ceremonies, as well as to show social class. Ceremonial and ornamental armor usually consists of full sets which are usually only worn during special occasions.
