Hunter Vampires, also known simply as Hunters, are vampires who have manifested physical abilities (such as increased speed or strength) rather than mental ones.

Among Vampires, Hunters seem to be the least common. It has been speculated that this is more because Hunters are better able to hide their physical presence than actual statistics, but since Charmers can hypnotise victims into forgetting them or their actions, the point seems moot.

It has also been suggested by some vampires that Charmers are much stronger (though not physically, of course) because of their ability to entrance their victims and erase memories. Hunters would naturally disagree, and some take great delight in showing off their physical prowess.

You must choose your vampire's class, between Charmer and Hunter, during their creation. Vampires don't get an in-character choice in the matter, though.
